Update Tuesday!

Hellloooo!!!

Okay so it is Tuesday night and I've completed day 2 of T25 and Day 7 of the Tone It Up (www.toneitup.com) Love your body series and day 2 of my Blogilates (http://www.blogilates.com/newbodymakeover-meal-plan/) 12 week nutrition plan. Going well so far! I'll take you day by day.

Monday Jan 6th- 6 am booty call. Love your legs and love your booty challenge. Felt Awesome!!
Breakfast - Warm Granola with almond milk, cinnamon and banana. 3 hard boiled eggs. This is pretty similar to what i eat every morning except I don' t do the eggs.
Snack - Apple and 20 Almonds
Lunch - Chicken, Spinach, Red bell pepper with garlic herb cheese spread on whole wheat wrap - AWESOME. & Pear on the side. :-) Very good and I'll be eating it in the future after the challenge for sure!
*** Did day 1 of T25. Today was cardio. Since we have the wellness program at work we're able to workout at work!! So I did it with 3 other ladies and it went well! I'm super excited about it!
Snack - Perfect fit protein shake
Dinner - Quinoa and Edemame Salad. Eh. This was.....okay. I wasn't fond of the sauce for it so wed I will be changing up the sauce. It was too sweet. It was just weird.

Day 1 was a success! Woot, Woot!!

Tuesday Jan 7th - No booty call - woke up with a headache.
Breakfast - 2 hard boiled eggs, perfect fit protein pancake, strawberry greek yogurt.
Snack - Apple and Peanut Butter.
Lunch - AMAZING clean healthy meatballs with  original Cholula Sauce. Sweat potato, and Roasted Cauliflower. Soooooooo good sooooooooooooo good. I love it and excited to eat them again!
***Workout - Did it with 2 of the 3 ladies from Monday (I'm super proud of them!!!) we did T25 Speed 1.0. Man it kicked my booty!!! Felt great thought!!!
Snack - Perfect fit protein shake
Dinner - Spaghetti Squash with chicken and veggies. Again, a super amazing clean dinner. Will definitely be using spaghetti squash instead of noodles for a lot of recipes!!

I'm so thankful for Luke for helping me make these meals and being supportive! :-*

I'll keep you guys updated!! Once I get this blogging thing under control and figured out i'm thinking about starting a few series. Don't hold me to it because I'm not sure i'm creative enough, but I really want to expand on this blog.

Alright, Gotta go put away laundry, pick out my clothes for tomorrow and do my Juice and Gratitude journal.
