Fab Fit Fun: Winter Box Unboxing

It's taken me a while to get this up. I've encountered many issues -
1. iPhone has no space for pictures.
2. Needed to take pictures on iPhone because I left my camera at Luke's moms.
3. My laptop all of a sudden will not turn on.
It's been a real treat. haha

But I updated my phone. Deleted a lot of things I don't need/want and was able to get the pictures I needed! Thank goodness because I definitely wanted to start using my goodies! This box was definitely better than the fall box!

If you're unfamiliar with what Fab Fit Fun is here is a quick description. Fab Fit Fun is a quarterly/seasonal subscription box. You get a lot of lifestyle, fitness, sometimes even food products for $49.99. I was luck enough to be gifted my first one and I fell in love so I went back for the winter box as well! Usually the value of the box is well over $200 so you definitely get your monies worth!

So lets get started!
**Note - I have tried some of these products last night and am excited to keep trying them for better review!!**

Here is this months box. If you remember last box was a coloring box. This month is light pink with gold lettering and stars. Already super cute.

Another thing I LOVE about Fab Fit Fun is that every month they pick a foundation/charity to support. This month it's the Starlight Children's Foundation - and the pin that was in the box was SUPER cute too! *More on that on the bottom*  You can see a little program guide also comes with - It's a cute little magazine that explains your products and includes DIYs etc.

Also - Packaging for this boxes are always on point. I love when there is cute packaging. Marketing...I'm a sucker for it

1.
Moleskine 2017 Weekly Notebook {$20.95}
You can't start a new year without a new planner! I am still hopelessly in love and devoted to my Personal Malden in Orche by FiloFax. At first I thought I might gift this, but I discovered that I really have been wanting a good way to track my workouts/progression/food diary. I've been on the hunt for a good one, and this is what it's going to be for me for the year.

You can see how I plan to use it a little bit. In the daily boxes I will record workouts/weight/meals etc and fat shed progress on the right side. I also have my vitamin habit tracker stickers and will be adding hydration ones soon. I find it a lot easier to reach my goals if I break it down in smaller steps - vitamins and hydration are extremely important to me for optimal health.

2.
Gorjana Kiernan Necklace in gold {$75}
I am always on the look out for longer but dainty jewelry pieces and start purging the chunkier Lia Sophia pieces that no longer serve me. I am excited to add this gold necklace to my collection. I love the packaging that it comes in and they've also included a $20 coupon code if I'd like to purchase in the future. (P.S. Getting a picture of this was really hard. haha)

3.
Marie Mae Thank You Notes {$24}
I am obsessed with stationary! (I really need to use them more, as a intention for this year I've decided to spread more being positive and that includes thank you notes haha) These are super cute. They say Cheers on the front and are just classic. I can't wait to send my first thank you card!

4.
Butter London Iconoclast Mega Volume Lacquer Mascara {$20}
Um, I used this mascara this morning. Check out what one coat did:

This mascara voluminizes, separates, defines and lifts lashes to epic heights. Seriously no joke because in the picture above I used one coat and NO eyelash curler! It's awesome. I'm in love.

5.
Anderson Lilley Beach Butter Body Cream in Winter in Manhattan Beach {$24}
Winter in Manhattan Beach smells awesome! It is so light and fresh smelling! It's not too much for sensitive noses! I honestly wouldn't mind this for a summer scent in general! I used it last night and I really didn't mind it. I'm not a huge fan of body butters usually because they're so thick but this one is really great.

6.
O.R.G. Skincare Mineral Peel Face {$44}
This all-natural enzyme exfoliate has brightening agents that extracts dermal debris and dead skin in seconds. I used it last night as part of my pamper routine. This was something I couldn't wait to use because I've been on the search for a non-harsh defoliator! This worked amazingly! I can't wait to use it more to see how it effects my skin in the long term, but dare i say it... I think I might have a new holy grail.

7.
D.L. & Co. Candle in Bergamot Woods in silver {$45}
This candle smells AMAZING. I have a stock of candles to burn before this one but I might stick it in the rotation early!

TIP: The intricately designed candle holder makes a gorgeous centerpiece. Fill it with a cute succulent once your candle burns out.

Total retail value of box: $252.95 … My cost: $49.99.
This box, like previous boxes and mentioned above, is a proud supporter of #WomenSupportingWomen. I love that FabFitFun is committed to working with brands that lead or founded by talented, successful women! I also love that they work with brands that give back to the community.
For the Winter box, FabFitFun partnered with the Starlight Children’s Foundation. Their mission is “simply bring happiness to sick children.” Starlight devotes 85 cents of every dollar to programs that brighten the lives of seriously ill children.
According to the FabFitFun booklet, “Starlight is launching an awesome new program called Starlight Brave Gowns that transforms ugly, uncomfortable, and revealing hospital robes into fun, comfy and brightly colored gowns that empower and bring joy to sick kids. Check our their website for more information on how you can support this program and more.
It’s not too late to get your Winter box or a future box! In fact, I think you deserve to #treatyoself, so here’s $10 off your first FabFitFun box!
xoxo,
Nikki
